Best time to visit Kenya

Kenya has two good windows: Jan–Mar and Jun–Oct. They sit either side of the season the climate record rules out, which is why the shoulder months matter here. The recommended window is Jan, Jun–Sep.

What the numbers say

July is the driest month, with rain on 15% of days and daytime highs near 26.1°C (79°F). November is the wettest, at 73%. Temperature barely moves all year — just 3.5°C between the warmest and coolest months — so rainfall, not heat, decides when to go. The record rules out too wet in April, November.
