August is the driest month, with rain on 3% of days and daytime highs near 35.0°C (95°F). February is the wettest, at 35%. Temperature swings hard across the year — 31.5°C between July (36.3°C / 97°F) and January (4.8°C / 41°F) — so packing for the wrong month is the main risk. The record rules out too cold in January; too hot in Jun–Aug.
